Spidermak has been designed on the SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) model. Therefore, you do not need to install the software on your computer, you just need a web browser. Whether you are on the move or in one place, working alone or with other people, this interface has been designed for a maximum amount of exchanges. Spidermak comes with the following features (2.0.) :

• Exchange and cooperation platforms between CSR managers who use the software
• Good CSR practice libraries
• The possibility to dialogue with Nicomak CSR experts
• The possibility to request a quote for an expert's intervention (currently in development) on precise CSR themes, in your region.
